We are expanding our team and are looking to appoint one Associate Director for Cottura Group, an international group providing professional kitchen solutions with European design and optimized manufacturing, focused on delivering competitive products, smart business models, and strong margins for distributors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and consolidate distributor networks across the Southern Cone
– Open new markets and importer-level accounts
– Manage the full commercial cycle: prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, and closing
– Develop projects together with distributors and end clients
– Coordinate directly with Cottura Group factories and the central team
– Participate in international trade shows, events, and commercial visits
– Strong focus on volume, product mix, stock building, and product rotation
PROFILE
– Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
– Ideally related to horeca, foodservice, professional equipment, or capital goods
– Strong business mindset with a focus on margins and scalability
– High level of autonomy, commercial discipline, and execution capability
– Availability for international travel
– Professional use of digital tools and CRM systems
